With over thirty-five years of experience and an extensive management background at firms such at UBS/Paine Webber, J.C. Bradford and AG Edwards, Bill is our elder statesman.  His experience covers a wide range of activity within the securities industry.  Among other things, Bill currently specializes in equity risk management and technical analysis.  He is a past Member of the New Orleans Commodity Exchange Inc. and a former FINRA arbitrator.
